1. My Elite Foundation 1st-5th Graders: First, my personality just fits well with this group! I'm not easily embarrassed, and I'm definitely willing to be silly with these kiddos to set the tone for a fun, productive session. This personal, group program builds the FOUNDATION for injury prevention and athletic development using quality movement training and conditioning. My Elite Foundation provides the first, safest steps needed to create a fast, strong, agile athlete that will enjoy success in competition for their entire athletic career. Sessions are 60 minutes in length and always fun and engaging!

​2. My Elite Competitive Edge 6th-12th Graders​:​ My Elite Competitive Edge is for 6th-12th graders, and it continues to build upon the athletic base built in FOUNDATIONS with more challenging and advanced training methods for 90 minutes each session. Every session includes warmup, speed and agility mechanics, speed and agility training, power and strength training, and conditioning to give your child the COMPETITIVE EDGE on their competition in a fun environment!


  • ​SCHEDULE​: MONDAY-FRIDAY @ 5PM and MONDAY-THURSDAY @ 6:30PM ​(YOU DECIDE YOUR DAYS)








​Additional Services:


  • Personal Training: 1 on 1 training for any age or level of fitness. I've worked with 6 year olds and up to 72 years young!
  • Personal RPR Assessment and Application: I frequently use RPR to reduce or eliminate pain, reduce risk of injury, and unlock hidden levels of performance. Great for athletes AND "average joes" like myself!
